Experience the Allgäu from the air with the Skywalk

The Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu consists of two nature trails on the ground in the Allgäu forest and the spectacular treetop walk: over 500 metres of suspension bridges and viewing platforms between the trees in the Scheidegg forest, from which you can see the Allgäu and the Alpine foothills as you have never seen them before.

You can access the treetop walk either via stairs or an elevator in the observation tower. Thanks to this, it is no problem at all for families with small children and prams or people with physical disabilities to enjoy the Bavarian landscapes from the Skywalk.

The Skywalk also inspires on the ground

For those who prefer to experience the forest from the ground, the Skywalk offers two nature trails: one on rough trails for adventurous explorers, and one on paved paths where wheelchair users can also easily enjoy the beauty of the Allgäu forests.

Younger visitors are particularly enthusiastic about the barefoot trail: without shoes or socks, they explore the forest floor, wood and flat stones, experiencing first-hand how nature can feel. Those who prefer a less sensory experience can, of course, also burn off energy on the agility course.
