At the “Genussherbst” (“Gourmet autumn”), a food festival in and around Lindau from 12 October to 26 October 2019, you have the opportunity to do so.

15 days of autumn delights at Lake Constance in Lindau

On fifteen days, the five towns on Lake Constance – Lindau, Wasserburg, Nonnenhorn, Bregenz and Bodolz – offer a great programme of regional products and delicacies: wine, fish, fruit, schnapps, herbs, cheese and much more. Numerous direct marketers, winegrowers and fruit farms in and around Lindau open the doors to their farms during the Gourmet autumn. Each day offers new culinary insights and fascinating experiences during guided tours, tastings and cooking courses. Here are some of the events:

The Street Food Market Lindau offers international street cuisine with focus on regional contributions over 3 days. More than 100 different dishes will be served from more than 30 street food artists.

Autumn menus in Lindau restaurants

The participating restaurants and inns in Lindau have a special autumn menu on their menu: in Deck12, Restaurant KARRisma, Landgasthof Köchlin, Schachener Hof or Strandhaus autumnal delicacies are served to you.

How about a pumpkin apple curry soup as a starter? For the main course a grilled fillet steak from the local Waldburg bouquet, served with glazed chestnuts and homemade linguine?
