Lindau Garden Days is one of Germany’s most beautiful gardening events. It runs from 6 to 8 May 2016. A riot of colour and variety, it shows how wonderful a garden can be. Lindau’s lakeside and the rear island are turned into a wonderful promenade against a stunning backdrop.
“So many people love gardens”, enthuses landscape architect Robert Sulzberger from Freising, who organises the Garden Days with Andreas Hieber from Lindau. And there is indeed so much to discover. It is a magnet for experts in herbs, fuchsias, succulents, box hedges, rockeries, water plants, roses and scented plants…

Around 130 exhibitors present everything from plants to beautiful and practical items such as garden furniture, garden equipment, decoration, crafts, natural fashions, wellness, and gourmet food. Musical acts and other events create a lively, charming atmosphere on the Hintere Insel. And the Children’s Network has once again come up with some exciting activities for kids, while older children can try climbing and ropework with tree experts.
