Meditation at the Ranch

Meditation at the Ranch – Reset in 75 Minutes

Also suitable for beginners and people with no prior meditation experience. This meditation takes place in the middle of real ranch life – among the horses, right by the stables or out in the pasture, depending on the weather and mood. The calm presence of the animals, their breathing, their grounding and their clarity have a naturally soothing and connecting effect.

You will be gently and clearly guided through a led meditation. Each month focuses on a new theme, inspired by the wheel of the year and the power of this year’s Fire Horse: inner strength, trust, letting go, courage, clarity or realignment. At times, the meditation is complemented by a simple shamanic ritual – quiet, mindful and down-to-earth. Not a “must”, but an invitation to consciously mark transitions and deepen inner processes.

In the end, you take something tangible with you into everyday life: a thought, an inner attitude, a small ritual or a practice that helps you move through your day with more ease, calm or clarity.
