The non-profit association PATRON e.V. has been organizing an annual CleanUP Tour in various destinations in southern Germany since 2019. The aim is to collectively free nature from litter left lying around and to preserve our natural environment. By participating in this event, you actively contribute to environmental protection and make a valuable contribution to the conservation of our natural resources.
The Bodensee CleanUP Days
The Lake Constance CleanUP Days are an annual initiative with the goal of freeing the beaches and shores of Lake Constance from garbage and waste. They provide a great opportunity to connect with like-minded people and take action together to protect the environment. The event also offers a wonderful chance to enjoy the stunning beauty of Lake Constance while giving something back.

In the Lindau CleanUP area, you can pick up a collection kit at the Lindau Tourist Information or at Park-Camping Lindau.

How do the Bodensee CleanUP Days work?
The Lake Constance CleanUP Days take place every spring. During the event, volunteers from the region are invited to collect garbage and litter along the beaches and shores of Lake Constance. Participation is free and open to all ages. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes to ensure both safety and comfort during the cleanup.
When do the Lake Constance CleanUP Days take place?
The collection campaign will take place from June 23 to 29, 2025.
What happens to the collected waste?
The waste is collected at central, easily accessible waste collection stations, where it is sorted on-site. Final disposal is organized by the respective municipality.
Where can I get the CleanUP Kit?
The CleanUP kits include a reusable and recyclable bin liner, along with a pair of stainless steel tongs.
In the Lindau CleanUP area, you can pick up the kit at the Lindau Tourist Information Office or at Park-Camping Lindau.
