From 8 to 29 October 2022 you can feast in Lindau, Bregenz, Nonnenhorn, Bodolz and Wasserburg to your heart’s content and learn a lot of interesting facts about the regional products. Whether it’s a cheese and wine tasting or a short visit to the restaurant kitchen, a visit to a fish hatchery or a fruit orchard hike: here you can visit places that are otherwise not open to the public and learn exciting background details.

Highlight at the beginning

At the beginning of the Genussherbst, a special event highlight awaits you: On the Genuss-Wanderung at 8 of October 2022 in Wasserburg, you will be treated to regional delicacies at several Genuss-Stations during a hiking tour. nt along a varied hiking route of around 13 km in length, the route leads through orchards and vineyards, past special vantage points. Enjoy regional delicacies with corresponding beverages at various enjoyment stations.

Schützinger am See

The culinary delights of the Schütziger am See convey Dolce Vita on our “Bavarian Riviera”. The focus of the menu is mainly on delicious “picking” made from ingredients from the region. Ober cheese from the Baldauf cheese factory, Lake Constance fish from the Kaulitzki fishery or fruit and vegetables from the Demeter farm Wuggezer. These are supplemented with regional specialties with a few but the best international ingredients such as country ham from Potenza, Italy. The drinks reflect the great diversity of Lake Constance, especially in the selection of wines.
