Lighthouse

You can swim, relax and enjoy yourself all year round on one of the most beautiful stretches of the shores of Lake Constance: Therme Lindau will be a centre of attraction for active sports enthusiasts as well as those seeking peace and quiet. An ultra-modern spa complex for all age groups is currently being built on the scenic oak grove directly on the lakeshore. To avoid conflicts of use, the saunas and thermal baths are clearly separated from the sports and family pools.

Wellness oasis directly on the water

The highlight of the spa, which is extensively glazed to the south, is the fantastic view of the mountains and Lake Constance. From the Pfänder, the view sweeps over the Montafon and the mouth of the Rhine to the Säntis massif. The Lin-dauer Island fully frames the magnificent panorama. The minimalist architecture characterises the building, which takes up the elements of the surrounding nature: Rock slabs, stones and the vegetation. Precious materials such as mosaic tiles with gold inlay, pool surrounds made of black natural stone and lots of wood emphasise the character of a resort with natural charm. Huge, colourful sound pictures by Überlingen photographer Alexander Lauterwasser provide an exciting contrast.

Oasis of relaxation

The thermal and vitality bath area includes several indoor and outdoor pools with many water attractions and temperatures from 33° C to 38° C. The water in the vitality pool contains salts and trace elements, and the different water qualities have health-promoting effects. In future, six indoor and six outdoor saunas will form the largest and most diverse sauna area on Lake Constance. After taking a sauna and cooling off, the two-storey relaxation house offers loungers, a fireplace corner and a relaxation lounge with waterbeds. Large panoramic windows offer a wide view of Lake Constance and the Alps.

Spa and vitality pool

  • Indoor pool (35 degrees) with various massage jets and bubble loungers
  • Outdoor pool (35 degrees) with current channel
  • Beach bar pool (35 degrees)

  • Whirlpool (37 degrees)
  • Spring pool (40 degrees)
  • Textile wellness with Finnish sauna (80 degrees) and a 45-degree steam bath

Sauna area

In the largest sauna paradise on Lake Constance, you can feel the wonderful lightness of being in eleven other saunas and steam baths.

  • Panorama sauna with a view over the lake and the mountains
  • The candle sauna is the most romantic place in the spa. This sauna is lit only with candles and the reflections create a romantic sea of candles.
  • Russian banya made of dried kelo wood with a traditional Wenik infusion of soaked birch twigs.
  • Fire sauna as the driest and hottest place in the spa with real fire in the outdoor area
  • relaxation areas such as the large fireplace lounge with waterbeds and a real fireplace
  • various sauna pools

Spa

No fewer than seven treatment cabins await guests in the Amande Spa who are looking for that little bit extra relaxation. The offer ranges from the classic wellness or aromatic oil massage to exotic treatments such as the lava shells massage with real clams. And those who place particular value on tranquillity and togetherness can simply retreat with their loved one for a few hours in the private spa. A guaranteed unforgettable experience with its own whirlpool, steam bath and two loungers for synchronous massages – all including fine snacks and a drink of your choice.

A perfect short holiday also includes culinary delights. Therme Lindau offers this in any case – in four restaurants with 550 seats. Guests of the spa are served in the “Bodanico”. The “Cal-do” in the wellness area offers Mediterranean à la carte dishes for refreshment after an intensive sauna visit and two pool bars round off the culinary indulgence programme.
